Who is this event for?

Do I need to already use TikTok for my brand?

No. Many brands are still testing or preparing for TikTok. This session shows how it works today and what you need before getting started.

What will I learn at this event?

You will learn how brands use TikTok to reach customers, collaborate with creators, and drive real sales. Speakers will also explain how social commerce works behind the scenes, including live selling, operational setup, and what brands should prepare before entering TikTok Shop.

Can I meet other brands and speakers in person?

Yes. The event includes networking before and after the presentations. This gives you the chance to speak directly with speakers, platforms, and other brands that are exploring TikTok and social commerce.

When do the doors open?

Doors open at 15:00. This gives attendees time to arrive, check in, and start networking before the main program begins at 16:00.

How many brands and people will attend?

The in-person event is limited to around 100 seats for brands and industry professionals. This smaller format allows for better conversations, easier networking, and more direct interaction with speakers.

Will food or drinks be provided?

Yes. Drinks and light bites will be available during the networking moments, including after the presentations.

Will the event be in English or Dutch?

Most of the event will be in Dutch. Some international speakers will present in English.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable. Please make sure you are able to attend the in-person session before purchasing.

If needed, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else or a colleague?
