Meet Leona Dürrschmid, our Operations Specialist Germany, and discover how her role has evolved, what she contributes to 10XCREW, and what drives her passion for content, strategy, and eCommerce.
Could you briefly introduce yourself?
Of course! I’m Leona, 30 years old, and I’ve made Cologne my home. With a background in English and Linguistics, I joined 10XCREW as a Content Specialist over a year ago. I quickly grew into the Content Lead Germany role, and now, I’ve transitioned into an Operations Specialist position to help shape our growing German team.
Outside of work, I love getting creative—whether it’s painting, macramé, or DIY projects. And when I’m not crafting, you’ll find me curled up with my cats, immersed in a sci-fi or mystery series.
What has your journey at 10XCREW been like so far?
It’s been an incredible experience! Over the past year and a half, I’ve learned more than I ever imagined. The 10XCREW way of working suits me perfectly. I enjoy collaborating with both our German team and our colleagues in the Netherlands. I frequently visit our Eindhoven headquarters to work closely with the international team, and these cross-country collaborations make my role even more exciting.
What does your role as Operations Specialist Germany involve?
My role has expanded beyond content, and as an Operations Specialist, I now focus on optimizing processes, developing strategies, and driving growth. I work on refining our internal workflows to ensure that our 10XCREW Germany team operates smoothly and efficiently, streamlining content operations, improving performance metrics, and enhancing marketplace presence for our clients.
With the German market growing rapidly, I also play a key role in shaping the structure of our local team by coordinating internal processes, mentoring team members, and ensuring our expansion aligns with our broader company goals. Additionally, I continue working closely with Amazon Vendor clients, but with a broader focus—helping brands maximize their performance on Amazon and refine their overall eCommerce strategy for sustained success.

There’s still so much to explore! As 10XCREW Germany continues to expand, I’m excited to develop operational structures, refine my team management skills, and scale business processes effectively. On the eCommerce side, the industry evolves rapidly, and I want to keep deepening my knowledge of data-driven strategies, marketplace dynamics, and performance optimization. At 10XCREW, learning never stops, and that’s what makes this journey so rewarding.
