Body & Fit, a well-established brand in the fitness and nutrition space, aimed to enhance its e-commerce performance and maximize its potential on major online marketplaces. THE STRATEGIES

& SOLUTIONS

Delivery Time

In coordination with GPN logistics, the delivery time was improved to "Ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow," which increased both the buy box percentage and conversion rates.


Advertising

Sponsored product campaigns (search, category, product pages) were analyzed to achieve the highest possible ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). High-ranking products had campaigns adjusted or even turned off when necessary.


Bundles

To increase buy box (%) and average order value, exclusive product bundles were introduced. These were further supported by additional advertising campaigns.

Content

Based on search volume, the most important categories were mapped out, and focus products were optimized using a content calendar. The focus was on improving both findability and conversion rates.


Execution

In addition to adding new product assortments, focus products were optimized by including USP (Unique Selling Proposition) images to increase conversion rates. Additionally, review campaigns were launched, and sponsored products were integrated into paid sales campaigns to improve rankings.

GPN Captures 71% of Search Visibility

Body & Fit and Optimum Nutrition Dominate the First Page in the Protein Category.

Through our collaboration with Body & Fit and GPN, we achieved a significant 71% share of search visibility on Bol.’s first page in the protein category by Q1 2023, up from 42% in 2021. This growth was driven by strategic content optimization, targeted advertising, and marketplace execution, ensuring that Body & Fit and Optimum Nutrition consistently outperformed competitors. The improved buy box percentage, enhanced product discoverability, and increased conversion rates solidified their dominance in the category, setting a strong foundation for continued e-commerce success.
