How does the interview process look like?
We start with an online call. The next step is an interview in our office so you can taste the atmosphere. If we are both enthusiastic, we will make you an offer. Or we’ll do one more interview, if you or we still have some questions.
What's the team structure like?
We work with multiple craft teams: Performance, Data Development & Operations, Client Development, Customer Care, and a staff team HR & Finance. We also collaborate cross-functionally in client teams.
How would you describe the company culture?
We are a flat, non-hierarchical organization. People strive for results and performance in their work. Colleagues readily ask each other for help. After work, we have planned and spontaneous social events. People go for sports together or have a drink in the city center.
What are the remote work options?
We like working together in our offices and with our clients, so we have a minimum of 2 office days per week. During important retail events like Black Friday that will be 3-4 days. We also have all the tools for effectively working from home too.
How is the work-life balance?
We value flexibility in our working hours. Are you a morning person and do you want to start early? Go for it. Do you want to clear your head and do sports during the break? Ask your colleague to join!
