Who we are
10XCREW consists of various teams of in-depth specialists with a passion for data and e-commerce. We are curious and eager to find opportunities for growth. We see it as a challenge to solve all problems that we run in to along the way. Our work is top-class sport, which is why we always strive to reach an even higher level. This is not only visible in the results we achieve for our clients, but also in the development within the team and at a personal level.
We love teamwork in an open work environment with plenty of room for new ideas, innovation, and input. But also, a good work life balance, flexibility and fun at work are highly valued.

How it started
We started our journey in 2016 with a clear vision: Creating solutions for online growth. Our name followed after we mixed the name of Grant Cardone’s book The 10X Rule with the word Crew. As it is our ambition to always think 10X greater than what you believe you can achieve. But only if you work together as a tight Crew, with our teams, clients, and partners.
Besides that, for ranking purposes it’s also a nice benefit if your company’s name starts with a number instead of a letter.

Direct online channels became increasingly important in the customer journey. Digital businesses grew as never before. In short: the traditional B2B value chain was ripe for disruption. This was in line with the goal of brands to reach as many consumers as possible. And at the same time maintain control through their own infrastructure.
Our vision got a clear mission: Support brands to reach and connect with consumers. Helping them to develop their D2C strategy and accelerate execution. In that way creating the perfect synergy between a brand’s own web shop, social media platforms and all major marketplaces, by using cutting edge CRM tactics.
